While some homeowners may spend thousands on professional stagers to help sell their home, Sandy & Bill offer professional staging services free of charge to their home sellers.

Sandy Humphrey is an Accredited Staging Professional, and maintains a storage which is full of decorator items, such as floral arrangements, paintings, pillows, etc., that she and her staging team use to transform your home into a “model home”. Sometimes, Sandy even “borrows” items from the Humphreys’ own home to make sure the stage is perfectly set. The result of this extra effort?…. Staged homes sell faster and for more money.

How will The Humphrey Team transform your home? They will recommend limiting clutter and personal items which can hinder a buyer’s ability to picture his/her own belongings in the home.  They will also arrange furniture and position decorative items in a way that shows off your home’s best features, and creates a feeling of spaciousness. Sometimes they will recommend low-cost upgrades that will bring a big return on investment such as adding a fresh coat of paint or planting some color in your yard. Sandy & Bill have negotiated with a number of vendors for wholesale pricing for their clients.
