One phone call forever changed the lives of Sandy & Bill Humphrey. And they couldn’t be happier with the result.
“Hello?” Sandy Humphrey answered the phone one day in 1986. On the other end of the line was her husband, Bill, with big news and a bold proposal. His job was being transferred to Houston, but he didn’t want to leave the Conejo Valley area he and Sandy had grown to love so dearly. “How would you like a partner in your real estate business?” Bill asked. Sandy was ecstatic to share her passion for real estate with her husband and make real estate their lifetime career.
At a Crossroads

Sandy & Bill are proud that their son, Darren, and daughter, Tami, have followed their footsteps in the family real estate business. Together they form a powerful team able to achieve all of your goals.
Sandy & Bill met in Chicago shortly after each had earned their bachelor’s degrees. Sandy graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in elementary and special education, and taught for seven years. Bill graduated from Marquette University and went on to earn his master’s degree in mechanical engineering at Northwestern University. He embarked on his career in the engineering field and in 1975 was transferred to Southern California, where he and Sandy quickly fell in love with the climate and the lifestyle.
Fast forward to 1986, and that fateful call forever changed the direction of their lives – and their careers. Together they decided that loving their surroundings was more important
to them than Bill’s continued ascent up the corporate ladder.
As longtime Conejo Valley residents, Sandy & Bill enjoy where they live even more today than when they first moved here more than 25 years ago. They cherish the wonderful Conejo
Valley lifestyle 365 days a year. They raised their family here, Bill plays golf here regularly, Sandy is involved in community events, and together they love life in the Conejo Valley.
